Designed and managed development of a unique advertising technology that allowed smarter use of ad budgets (maximizing reach, limiting frequency of ads served; targeting to custom audience). The technology was used by up to 80% of Runet's major web publishers serving up to about 70% of major brands advertised. It added significantly to the valuation of the company, which was subsequently acquired by Yandex in 2008, for at least $$11M.

Became a first system analyst in the company to prove the concept that system analysis allows to deliver more complex projects than before. It enabled a new line of business: larger projects resulting in double-digit revenue growth. Led project teams of up to 6 analysts; created template artifacts for system analysts.

Integrated several business applications (display&classifieds advertising; distribution); reorganized relevant business processes.

Implemented new country-specific features basing on business-level requirements.

Programmed database entry interfaces and user reports (Warehouse Recording, Enterprise Planning systems).

Joined at the age of 14 (part-time job). Developed a commercial application for local authorities at the age of 15. Authored and published two textbooks for university students at the age of 16.
