Job Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide necessary technical support for various applications, system-level software, compilers, and other general computing applications.
- Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve any malfunctioning of applications or software systems, including SQL databases.
- Customer Assistance: Assist customers or clients in using various software applications and SQL queries.
- Software Modification: Modify current software and correct errors to adapt to new hardware and upgrade interfaces.
- System Planning: Plan changes in the existing system and suggest the installation of new systems, including SQL database management systems.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree

- Technical Expertise: Knowledge of computer applications, hardware, software engineering, and SQL database management.
- SQL Proficiency: Ability to write and optimize SQL queries, manage databases, and perform data analysis.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ability to meet quality standards and provide excellent customer service.
- Design Techniques: Proficiency in design tools, technical plans, blueprints, models, and drawings.
