Job Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide necessary technical support for various applications, system-level software, compilers, and other general computing applications.
  • Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve any malfunctioning of applications or software systems, including SQL databases.
  • Customer Assistance: Assist customers or clients in using various software applications and SQL queries.
  • Software Modification: Modify current software and correct errors to adapt to new hardware and upgrade interfaces.
  • System Planning: Plan changes in the existing system and suggest the installation of new systems, including SQL database management systems.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

Key Skills:

  • Technical Expertise: Knowledge of computer applications, hardware, software engineering, and SQL database management.
  • SQL Proficiency: Ability to write and optimize SQL queries, manage databases, and perform data analysis.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ability to meet quality standards and provide excellent customer service.
  • Design Techniques: Proficiency in design tools, technical plans, blueprints, models, and drawings.
